Reframing Autism: A Therapeutic Group (Evening)

Group therapy for individuals who are late diagnosed/self diagnosed autistic. 8 weekly online sessions covering topics such as identity, masking, communication, emotions. From my personal and professional experience, I have learnt that isolation, belonging and being misunderstood can be especially difficult. With many of us looking for connections through social media, books, podcasts etc. Group therapy provides you with this connection whilst guiding you to explore what autism means for you, how it has impacted your life and experiences. If you are interested in group therapy please get in touch and I will arrange to contact you and carry out a pre-group assessment.
