I am an experienced Senior Psychologist who is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and I am also an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I work with adults with a range of presenting emotional and mental health difficulties. I also specialise in assessing and supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorders. I mainly use Cognitive Behaviorual Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work in a holistic way and consider all aspects that may affect a persons formulation. I also provide consultancy and training to organisations.
I specialise in woking with adults with mental health difficulties and emotional difficulties. I also specialise in assessing, treating and supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
I see patients in my established clinic in Sussex and also provide home visits as appropriate for those individuals where it may be difficult to come and attend a clinic in person. This may be the case for individuals with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder or agoraphobia.
