My mission is to empower individuals and professionals alike through therapy and education that celebrates unique identities, belonging and experiences; whilst also working through aspects of their lives they may be holding them back.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches. I am a University Lecturer teaching a on the Masters Degree in Psychotherapeutic Practice. In my theraputic work I have addressed a range of challenges & needs for 15yrs; giving me a wealth of experience, knowledge & expertise. I also offer GSRD equality& inclusion therapy. including LGBTQIA+
