Hello, my name is Tanya. As a counsellor- psychotherapist for over 25 years and a supervisor for 15, I continue to see how helpful counselling can be. Are you finding life tough, trying to deal with stress, anxiety, loss, feeling low or depressed or the impact of spiritual issues, chronic health conditions, or abuse and trauma? I am sorry you are having to struggle - life can get us down and sometimes the most courageous thing we can do is to seek some support. I have many years experience supporting people with many life difficulties as well as specialist services working with survivors of abuse. I have particular experience and expertise in working with the impact of trauma and early life difficulties as well as attachment, disassociation and spiritual journeys. I enjoy working with student counsellors.
