I am a BPS Chartered and HCPC-registered Counselling and Clinical Psychologist, and an Integrative Psychotherapist. I offer a therapeutic space for individuals wishing to engage in reflective, in-depth work—particularly those drawn to exploring their inner life through symbolic, relational, and cultural lenses.
My approach is integrative, drawing on relational psychoanalysis, depth psychology, and cultural-psychological theory. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity dilemmas, and relational challenges—as well as those seeking to make deeper sense of their emotional experience, life direction or patterns of relating.
Therapy with me may include exploration of dreams and imagery, alongside attention to unconscious dynamics and cultural context. I view psychological distress not solely as an individual problem, but as shaped within relationships, histories, and wider social worlds. Issues of belonging, marginalisation, and identity are integral to the process.
I offer both time-limited therapy (minimum of 12 sessions) and open-ended work, either online or face-to-face.
