What is going on for you? Where are you “stuck”? Maybe you are looking for somewhere to go to talk things through. Maybe you’re wondering why you can’t get past something that keeps coming up. You may be feeling restless, sad, frustrated or anxious. Working together, we will explore your unique life experiences to help you understand more about your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and relationships. I am trained as an integrative therapist; this means I can draw on a range of humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive theories tailored to your individual needs, creating a bespoke therapeutic experience.
I firmly believe you are capable of great change. My role is to facilitate you through the process of getting “unstuck” so that you can move forward. This may be uncomfortable at times; there will be challenges along the way. I will support you through your exploration, giving you opportunities to consider new perspectives and learn new coping mechanisms.
We may discover issues from the past that influence how you navigate life today; exploring these can help give meaning to past experiences and enable you to approach future opportunities with a different mindset. I am a qualified and fully insured therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
