Hi, I'm Tanya.
Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected or stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. You may be struggling with developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, navigating a significant life transition, or simply wondering why life feels so hard. Whatever has brought you here, I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where we can explore your experiences together, at a pace that feels right for you.
I am a BSc (Hons) Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (Adv. Dip.). My approach is relational, attachment-based and trauma-informed, with a particular interest in developmental trauma. I believe many of our patterns are shaped through relationships, and I draw on different therapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. I believe healing happens within a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely heard, understood and accepted. If my approach feels right for you, I'd be honoured to support you. Sometimes healing begins simply by feeling understood.
