About
*If you would like to work with me, please contact me initially by email only.* If something in your life keeps on repeating itself and you can't find a way to break the cycle, I can help. People come to me for support in figuring themselves out, and to look at whatever aspects of their lives are not functioning well. Many of my clients are Gender, Sex and Relationship Diverse (GSRD): LGBTQ+, kinky, non-monogamous and/or sex workers. Your identity may have no bearing on what you would like to bring to therapy - you may simply need to feel assured that you won't have to spend hours explaining things or debating your existence.
My practice is trauma-informed: so much current distress comes from past experience. I work with depression and anxiety, sex/sexuality and relationships. I've published research into the LGBTQ+ experience of Menopause and I welcome clients (LGBTQ+ or not) who would like to talk about this part of life and the transitions that come with it.
I'm a counsellor, psychotherapist and sexologist. I offer a warm and practical open space for therapy. I do both open-ended work and fixed numbers of sessions. Pronouns: they/she. **Please note** As above, if you would like to work with me, please contact me by email, not phone, in the first instance.
