Finding a therapist starts with you and your needs. You may arrive with a sense of overwhelm, loss or anxiety, perhaps desiring change but without knowing how or believing you can. We can work together to explore how you feel, think and behave, and find a way to bring you back to your authentic self. I am able to work with adults and older teenagers (16+), as well as those training to be Psychotherapists themselves, and have a broad experience of short and long term work, presenting issues and ages, diagnoses and personalities.
I am a Person-Centered Psychotherapist, able to work short and long term with clients who are facing a difficulty in their life and ability to function, or a desire to understand themselves better. I will provide an open, safe and non-judgemental environment for us to work in, all I ask is that you bring a commitment to be actively curious about yourself.
I work with what you choose to bring; what I bring to the relationship is myself and my expertise in therapy. You remain the expert in your own life and able to make the changes you seek.
