Hello. We all need someone to talk to when life is difficult. Counselling can help you understand more about who you are, to make better sense of past or current events, your feelings and how you relate. I seek to provide a heartfelt, safe and accompanied exploration of any issues you bring. I will seek to create a trusting alliance with you and provide a place you can find and be yourself. The therapy I practice -Core Process- works with feelings, emotions, thoughts and the felt senses towards supporting you to move through any fears and anxieties and generate a greater sense of health and wellbeing into your everyday life.

I incorporate resourcing, compassion, mindfulness and integration into each session to - support you in finding the ground to face and move through any difficulties; develop your confidence, relational trust and enhance your capacity to move through fear and anxiety; and to help you incorporate how insights can be brought into your everyday life.
I work from a beautifully located and tranquil private room, 10 minutes drive from Ashburton, overlooking south Dartmoor. Given the surroundings I also offer a 90-minute eco-therapy session which can incorporate walking in nature, engaging with the elements and relaxation as well as talking therapy.
