Are you feeling stuck! Sick of unwanted thoughts messing up your day or struggling with anxiety and needing some support. I work collaboratively and support clients each step of the way with their goals. Also, I work on individual needs tailoring my interventions to each problem. I work with a wide range of clients with various disorders working innovatively and creatively. I guide many clients to recovery by using a range of tailored CBT techniques. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthy coping strategies and work through trauma in a safe and constructive way.

I am warm and emphatic and very easy to talk to, my open and friendly personality helps clients to share and discuss there worries with me knowing that it is a safe space. My specialty is CBT therapy as I have lots of experience working in this modality. I specialise in adults and young people
