Hello, I'm Tamsyn, a Psychodynamic Counsellor working with Adults and Children and Young People, age 11 and over. Whether you're facing a difficult situation, grappling with grief or loss, feeling anxious or depressed, or simply feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to explore and make sense of your experience. In my work with children and young people, I integrate a psychodynamic thinking with a proactive approach. Together, we will explore the emotions, experiences, and unconscious processes that shape your thoughts, behaviours, and relationships.
