As a humanistic counsellor you are at the centre of my practice. Working with children and adults I provide a safe and accepting space to explore and empower your decisions. I understand that life can feel confusing, isolating and some events can bring up emotions you had boxed away, leaving you feeling overwhelmed. You might feel that you have lost sight of who you are or that people just do not hear you. Big life changes especially in childhood have such an impact on us, and it is about seeing these patterns and deciding if you want to change them.

I work in person face to face or online/ telephone with children and adults. Working with psychoeducation, creatively or with nature I create and hold a safe, empathetic space for you. Each person is unique and so my counselling space reflects this. I am experienced with working in primary and secondary schools and in a local hospice.

I believe that each person is individual and unique and that is reflected in my practice. I create a warm, safe space bringing compassion, reflection and curiosity.
