I work with people who have realised something has to change and are looking for support with how to change it.
I'm a registered therapist & group facilitator, trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with background in mental health & person-centred care. I offer flexible support - a listening ear, traditional talking therapy or tools & skills building to reach & maintain goals. I welcome neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients.
I endeavour to create a warm and inviting space in which you can get comfortable enough to share uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. Engaging in the work for change can be hard, but I want to make it as accessible as possible so that you can feel the benefit of that work.
