I am a compassionate, caring, patient person who has always had an interest in people. That’s why I started my career early on as a trainer. I transitioned into counselling because I really enjoy talking with people about relationships, life issues, a knack for listening, helping identify blocks that’s keeping them from their best self and removing those challenges. My practice reflects my unique people skills and insights with an emphasis on evidence-based treatments for youths and adults with relationship-related concerns, domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, anger issues, grief & loss, etc.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist I do not believe in one size fits all. I prefer to listen , connect with client enabling me tailor a bouquet of therapeutic styles that works to address and empower you with the required skills in your journey through life. I specialise in holistic therapy addressing physical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of life
