After receiving treatment for psychosis and being discharged, concern and anxiety may remain. Counselling can help in navigating life after psychosis and the repercussions. Issues and worries about thoughts, behaviours, relationships, career, studies, medication, depression, fears that it may happen again; trust and faith may be impacted. Talk therapy allows you to explore safely and confidentially.
Qualified through training and personal experience including neurodivergence, all types and symptoms of mood and / or personality "disorders", anxiety, depression, alcohol and addiction, bipolar, schizoaffective and post-psychosis support. Talk Therapy with Claire works with the entire individual and how any treatment or diagnosis may affect them.
