Hi, I am a fully qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist and a Clinical supervisor based in Oadby. I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor. Sometimes we can all feel overwhelmed and struggle in life. Experiences can often cause strong feelings of anger, fear or pain and by talking and understanding your individual situation you can begin to lessen the pain. Counselling can help you to manage the anxiety, anger and any other emotions you may be experiencing, by working together we can look at areas that you would like to work on, to enable you to find ways of coping.
I will support you to explore your feelings and issues by allowing you to talk confidentially,without being judged,to understand your feelings which may be causing you distress and by giving you greater self-awareness and sense of empowerment, leading you to make more meaningful changes in your life.
I currently work with students and staff outside of my private practice. I have over 19 years experience of working in a school environment. I also have vast experience of working with adults supporting them with emotions of rape, domestic violence trauma and complex issues. I also have experience in couples counselling
