Transactional Analysis theory and its philosophical approach inform my work, respecting people's dignity & autonomy. I specialise in addiction, trauma and relationship issues, giving me extensive experience in handling complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship & sexual difficulties, intimacy issues, shame, feeling stuck, and low self-esteem.
