I offer counselling for anyone over 18, regardless of gender identity, sexuality, disability or neurotype. I aim to collaborate with you to provide support the way you need it, to allow you to become more confident, self-assured, and to overcome the events of your past, or your fear of the future. I firmly believe that therapy can provide you with an adaptable 'toolkit' which allows you to support yourself through the trials and tribulations of life.
I work with most issues, including boundary setting, gender identity, sexuality, self-esteem/self-worth, trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, family dynamics including estrangement, disability and health-related issues, depression, self-harm, amongst many others.
I work with adults of any age, from every way of life, no matter what they've been through, who don't want to define themselves by their issues, who want to be emotionally healthy and have the resilience to cope with whatever life throws at them.
