My name is Isabelita. I am a fully qualified and experienced Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist. I have over 10 years experience working with neurodivergent and neurotypical clients. I help my clients manage conflict and acknowledge individual differences. When clients struggle to communicate and relate with others, their mental well-being and relationships suffer. Clients and their partners may feel isolated, rejected and/or angry. I work with clients to improve their relationships and mental wellbeing and to help them feel accepted and loved. I also help clients improve their sexual intimacy and sexual interactions.
I have over 10 years’ experience working with individuals and couples, through the NHS, EAPs and privately; I worked and trained at Tavistock and Relate. My experience includes working with individuals and couples who present with relationships problems and/or sexual difficulties.
The issues people bring to therapy include: difficulties in forming or maintaining relationships, communication difficulties, cultural differences, feelings of disconnect, low self-esteem, anxiety, female/male low sexual desire, erectile dysfunction, premature/delayed ejaculation; vaginismus/dyspareunia, re-kindling intimacy after surgery/chemotherapy.
