No two people are the same which is why our sessions would be led by you. I'm an integrative counsellor & I’m here to listen, hear & validate your story. My priority is building a trusting, confidential relationship & to listen without judgement. With my help & guidance, the work we do together will help you to find answers inside, enabling internal healing in a safe & secure space.
