I’m a relational art therapist who supports students, young adults, couples and individuals seeking a deeper connection with themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy during times of transition, stress, or uncertainty — when emotions feel overwhelming or difficult to express. In our sessions, art becomes a safe and meaningful way to explore what words cannot fully capture.
My approach integrates art-making with reflective dialogue, inviting both creativity and self-awareness. You don’t need to have any artistic experience — the focus is on the process, not the outcome. I aim to create a calm, compassionate space where you can pause, make sense of your experiences, and begin to feel more grounded and confident in who you are.
Whether you’re adjusting to a new environment, managing academic or personal pressures, trying to discover who you really are or seeking emotional clarity, I’ll work with you to find a pace and approach that feels right for you.
