I am a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol, BPS) with over 15 years of experience supporting toddlers, children, and families in special education and clinical settings. I help parents enhance their child’s basic communication, social skills, and emotional regulation, and address sensory needs, anxiety, and behavioral challenges using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DIR, and ESDM. I offer warm, empowering support, run parent–toddler groups, and have experience working with neurodiverse children or those with developmental delays, from ages 1 to 18. I also provide supervision and counselling for nursery staff.
I offer dyadic sessions where parents and children practice communication and emotional skills together in a warm, supportive environment. I guide families in making better use of support networks and run groups where parents and children build social and emotional skills using CBT techniques adapted for children with ASD and ADHD.
If you're reading this as a parent, you're likely trying to help your child navigate a challenging time—and may be feeling concerned about their development. I'm here to support both you and your child’s wellbeing, and to nurture their growth in a compassionate, supportive way.
