Love, sex and personal relationships are where we manage our hopes, fears and vulnerabilities. When our connection with ourselves and others is good it feels transformative. When it isn’t it can be extremely distressing. I offer an integrative approach to relationship and psychosexual therapy to work with you, whether single or in a couple. I work with monogamous as well as open/polyamorous relationships. Troubled relationships, arguing, erection issues, loss of desire, anxiety, painful sex, vaginismus, premature ejaculation, or shame about porn use, kinks. This can all change.
Focusing on your goals and using a collaborative approach we will identify what your blocks are to happier relationships and satisfying sex, making changes in the here and now to thoughts, behaviours and patterns. Through agreed tasks outside of therapy, and safe space within therapy we will explore your past and your now to get to the future you desire.
Knowing and connecting with ourselves and others is complex to navigate. Patterns of behaviour and thoughts all feel at times overwhelming but they can change. With a Level 7 MSc in Contemporary Psychosexual Therapy, Relationship Certificate, and Relate training alongside an easy, warm persona I guide clients to a happier place. Reduced rate before 5pm.
