I believe in creating a positive, relaxed and supportive environment where you, or your child, feels understood, valued and empowered to explore your psychology and behaviours. My approach to therapy is client-centred, collaborative, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. By utilising evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), health psychology, positive psychology and applied psychology, I help my clients develop coping skills, build resilience, and foster positive change whilst on the road to health, wellness, flourishing and growth.
With a background as a Licenced Medical Professional, I bring a unique perspective to my therapeutic practice; blending biopsychosocial and holistic considerations into practice to offer comprehensive direction. I have expertise and experience in supporting individuals with EHCPs and work very closely with the local authority during this longer term support.
Through empathy and genuine care, I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of my patients and their families. Empowering adults and young people to overcome obstacles is not just my profession—it's my passion.
