I am a fully qualified Relate counsellor, experienced in working with couples and individuals who have relationship issues. I also work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, intimacy, sexual issues or sexual compulsion (addiction). I work in a systemic, psycho-dynamic way using a wide variety of techniques to suit each individual and specific situation. Are you experiencing relationship issues? Do you repeat the same patterns over and over again, often ending up in conflict? Do you find it difficult to express your emotions and feelings? Is attachment or trust an issue for you? Do you have issues around intimacy and sex?
Are you affected by past relationships or experiences? Perhaps you are experiencing a change in your relationship after the children have left home, the birth of a baby, or because you have been together for a while and have stopped communicating in an effective way? Or have you just finished a relationship and need closure and direction for the future?
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where we can explore issues in a way most suited to you. I am happy to work with you by telephone, Zoom or face to face - whatever you feel most comfortable with. I also offer a 2 hour workshop for separated parents in order to learn how to reduce conflict and work on how to be the best co-parents you can be.
