My name is Sharon. I understand that choosing to contact a therapist can be difficult. Making the first contact can be a daunting experience due to the number of therapies available, along with the uncertainty of which therapy will work best for you. As an integrative therapist, we will explore this together on our first consultation and agree on the best way forward for you, to ensure your psychological and emotional growth.
