About
It can seem like the hardest thing to do to access counselling, but it can be life changing if you take that first step. You may not be entirely clear on what you want but just have a feeling that things don't feel right and you have decided that you want to understand what, why and how to refocus and live the life you feel is best for you. Or perhaps you are very aware of a struggle with difficulties, which may already be formally diagnosed by another professional, and you want to regain some control instead of feeling that these issues take over. I can support people in achieving their goals wherever they are in their journey.
I help clients with issues such as suicide ideation, stress, low self-esteem, panic disorder, anxiety, illness, baby loss, relationships, work issues feeling sad and phobias. I also work with teenagers and young people with issues including life changes, gender identity, self-harm and relationship issues. I am passionate about the benefits of counselling.
I offer a non-judgmental and confidential service. I am a fully qualified and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and maintain a high standard of professionalism by complying with the ethical framework and codes of conducts. I am also an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS).
