Hello! I work in Clapham and online. I believe that there are times in life when we need someone to turn to, who can help us make sense of things and cope with difficult feelings or situations. I'm here to offer that support. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where my clients feel listened to and held, supporting the exploration of problems, challenges and feelings which may be difficult to talk about. At the heart of my practice is the belief that you have the inner resources to implement change. I am here to facilitate that through our work together.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, stressful, or even frightening. Relationship difficulties, bereavement, loss, and change—whether unexpected or planned—can impact us in ways we don’t always anticipate or understand. At times, we may struggle to “get over” something or feel as though we “should” be coping better. Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a safe, respectful, and thoughtful space where you can explore your experiences and find a way forward that feels meaningful to you.

You may have gone through a significant life change, be questioning your purpose or identity or notice behavioural patterns that aren't serving you well. I aim to create a safe space where you can express yourself without fear of judgement or rejection. I work with adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship struggles and religious toxic shame. I also have a special interest supporting clients with ADHD and those questioning possible neurodiversity.

Hi, welcome to my profile - let’s see if you think I can help. I believe that in order to overcome life’s challenges and achieve the sense of well-being you desire in life, developing a strong self-awareness is essential. I have an interest in helping you understand how your early relationships with parents, carers, family and peers can shape how you relate to the world around you at present. I have experience of helping those who have faced depression, anxiety, low self-worth; identity issues, drug addiction and anger problems understand how they can be connected to thoughts and feelings that developed in early life.

Is it difficult for yourself to connect to your emotions and feelings? Sometimes it is complicated to find a link to enable us express freely. Unintentionally, we can create a habit in which we suppress, run away, deny or manipulate our emotions. It is normal to try to push away feelings of discomfort like stress, fear or pain; but there are tools you can learn to help you cope with these emotions in a healthy way. Instead of denying, distracting yourself, manipulating or disconnecting, you can accept, observe, acknowledge and connect deeply with your feelings.

I’m interested in what works. For you. So I take a pluralistic, integrative approach and don’t limit myself to one particular way of working. Whether you’re seeing me for counselling, schema-based therapy or psychosexual therapy, I'll tailor my approach to suit your needs. And it’s the relationship between you and I which will be central to the work. Because I’m not a friend, colleague or family member, you can think the unthinkable and speak the unspeakable in a judgement-free space. You can rely on me to be honest with you, and bring into your awareness your blind spots, and things on the edge of your awareness you might missing.

I am an Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist, offering a safe, confidential, empathetic, and non-judgemental space for you to process and demystify your experiences. Know that you are held, listened to, understood, and supported. Integrative means that I draw from several modalities, namely, psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and transpersonal. Hence, I do not have a 'one size fits all' approach. Instead, I meet you where you are, which is informed by a heart-centred, client led approach and will take aspects from a particular principle/s and apply appropriately in service to whatever your needs might be.
