My ideal clients include children, young people, adults, and older adults with disabilities, neurodiversity, and mental health needs, as well as their carers. Many come to me feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, isolated, or disconnected from themselves and others. They may seek support with anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, identity, relationships, burnout, or life transitions. Alongside talking therapy, I integrate movement and body-based approaches to support emotional regulation, self-expression, processing, and deeper connection to the body

If you feel exhausted by constant anxiety and catastrophizing… If sadness, emptiness, or emotional numbness feels like your default state… If you struggle with low self-worth, shame, and a harsh inner critic… If your mind overthinks, ruminates, and won’t slow down… If trusting others feels unsafe and relationships evoke a fear of rejection, abandonment, or reliving past harm… If unresolved trauma from abuse keeps your body and mind stuck in survival mode… You are not broken—and you are not alone. As your therapist, I will support you in reconnecting with yourself and rebuilding trust in your inner voice.

Perhaps you manage a great deal - in relationships, family, or work - yet something doesn't feel quite right. You may have tried to make sense of things, even through therapy, yet nothing has really worked. At times, this can show up as unprocessed trauma, anxiety, anger or overwhelm. There may also be a sense of having lost touch with yourself, or a deeper feeling of not being enough. Or you may find yourself stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns - past or present - including betrayal or breakdown. Together, we can begin to make sense of these experiences, so things can start to shift in a more lasting and meaningful way.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from yourself or your relationships and struggling with anxiety, low mood, loss or repeating patterns shaped by unconscious processes. Perhaps you are also seeking depth, insight and direction, wanting to understand your inner world and move towards Individuation, Jung's term for a more authentic, meaningful way of being. Together, we can explore the unconscious patterns, feelings and beliefs to allow them to become conscious. This in turn brings healing, greater clarity and opens the way towards emotional freedom and a more authentic sense of self.

I'm Cameron, a counsellor based in Twickenham, working online and in-person. If you're reading this, you might be feeling stuck in patterns that don't seem to shift — overthinking, struggling in relationships, or feeling like you're not quite yourself. You may have spent a long time putting on a mask just to get through the day, while quietly carrying something heavier beneath the surface. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to keep carrying it alone.

Are you feeling stuck in painful relationship dynamics, struggling with intimacy or sexual challenges, or navigating the complexities of cultural transition and identity? Do you feel like some parts of you are lost, wounded, or out of sync - with your partner, your body, or your sense of self? You may be carrying stories that no longer serve you, shaped by culture, past relationships, or unspoken wounds. As an integrative counsellor, psychosexual and relationship therapist, I offer a space where all of you is welcome - where we slow down, listen deeply, and gently reconnect you with who you are, and how you want to live and love.

When you're going through life transitions, depression, anxiety, or difficulties in relationships, identity or belonging, you may feel overwhelmed, stuck and isolated. Therapy provides a supportive space where you can feel seen and heard. Together, we will make sense of your experiences, paving the way for meaningful recovery and celebrating your wins along the way. My approach is grounded in the belief that people are not broken but often carry pain that has not yet been fully recognised or cared for. With this in mind, therapy becomes less about "fixing" you and more about understanding your experiences with care and curiosity.

Hi, I'm Olivia and I am a qualified UKCP accredited Psychotherapist and MBACP-registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how you ended up feeling this way? Perhaps you’re functioning on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, low, or quietly struggling. Maybe life looks “fine” on paper, yet something doesn’t feel right, or you're at a point of transition and questioning who you are, what you want, or where you’re heading next. Therapy together will help you to understand why you feel the way you do & build a life that reflects who you are, in a respectful and confidential environment.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how things reached this point. They might be dealing with anxiety, low mood, overthinking, or feeling under constant pressure from studies, work or life in general. Some are also navigating more complex experiences such as trauma or difficult relationships. I help by creating a calm space where we can make sense of what is going on and find practical ways to move forward.

It's ironic that a large part of psychotherapeutic work is around trying to convince people that their perceived 'abnormal' feelings and behaviours are a completely 'normal' reaction to a set of, often very difficult life circumstances. For instance, why wouldn't someone have a generalised feeling of persistent anxiety and low mood, when they have to live in what seems like a crazy and confusing world? We can work toward a more accepting and benevolent view of ourselves, exploring who you truly are and where you might truly want to go in life, without the harsh inner voices of the past.
