I am trained as an integrative therapist, drawing on a range of approaches to create a personal and flexible way of working that we shape together — collaborative and responsive to you as an individual. Each session is tailored to your needs and circumstances, taking into account the many factors that influence your experience, past and present.

Choosing a counsellor is a big step which can feel daunting. How do you find the therapist who will be right for you? If you are new to counselling, the various theoretical approaches listed by therapists can be confusing. Current research shows that more important than the theory is the therapeutic relationship (the relationship between you and me) and this is the cornerstone of my work. My theoretical approach is Integrative, drawing on the Psycho-dynamic, Humanistic and Existential schools within a relational working model which emphasizes the Humanistic philosophy and embraces Person Centered core process.

Are you navigating the pressure of meeting everyone else’s expectations while trying to find your own path? Many of the adults I work with feel a quiet, constant weight - the pressure to stay loyal to family traditions and community expectations while wanting to grow as an individual. It can be exhausting to feel like you are constantly 'translating' yourself for different parts of your life, or that you have to choose between your own well-being and the people you love.

You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that are affecting your work, relationships, or day-to-day life. Perhaps the pressures of work and life have left you feeling burnt out, or relationships feel difficult and draining. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to coping on your own. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can speak openly and without judgement. Together we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, understand patterns that may be holding you back and develop more helpful ways of coping and relating to yourself and others.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent 20 years in hospitality, much of it in leadership and management roles. Working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment gave me a deep appreciation of the impact that stress, burnout, workplace challenges and competing demands can have on our wellbeing You may be feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, navigating a difficult life change, or finding it hard to cope with the demands of work and relationships. Whatever has brought you to therapy, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, feel heard and understood, and work towards meaningful change.

Hello! I am a qualified and accredited psychotherapist, working from a lovely studio in Wimbledon Village. I work with clients facing a range of difficult issues in their lives. This can be long or short-term work. I accompany my clients along their the journey of deeper self-knowledge, understanding how adverse childhood circumstances left their mark. I help people to discover lost parts of themselves, so they can show up more fully in the world. This involves finding new qualities, taking back projections, reconciling opposites in the psyche and finding balance.

While I work effectively with individuals from all walks of life, I have found a particular calling in supporting males. I recognise that some men may find it challenging to access or express their emotions, and I take pride in creating a space where these feelings can be safely explored. To support this, I often use creative techniques in therapy, such as using art-based activities, which can help uncover and express emotions that may feel difficult to articulate in words.

These are difficult times and if you need help, I am here. Maybe it's anxiety, depression, family issues, a relationship problem, a loss or a bereavement. Sharing it and being heard without judgement, can really help. As a problem-solving counsellor I will work with you to find a better way forward. I help clients make sense of their relationships and the struggles they have had so far. Many of my clients are going though the major life events, significant birthdays, work troubles, coping with elderly parents and they are wondering, how did I get here? Why am I feeling this way? What does my future hold?

I believe that healing happens in relationship. Many of the difficulties we carry (addiction, disordered eating, anxiety, shame, or feeling stuck) are shaped in relationship too. Therapy offers a different kind of relational experience: one that is steady, compassionate, and non judgemental. In our work together, we pay attention not only to what you say, but to how you feel, how patterns repeat, and how earlier experiences may still be influencing the present. This includes gently exploring unconscious processes, attachment patterns, and emotional responses that may not yet have words.

I am a Clinical Psychologist working with adults in both the NHS and private practice in South West London. I am a firm believer that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist; change can only happen from a foundation in which you feel heard and understood. Despite this, I don't see therapy as a space simply to talk and be listened to. I will share interpretations, observations, and gently challenge patterns or assumptions that might be contributing to your difficulties, inviting you to look at things from a different perspective.

You're here because something needs to shift. You've done the work, read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe tried therapy before, and yet familiar patterns keep returning. You want a space that takes you seriously, moves at depth, and doesn't shy away from what's really going on. My work is integrative, soul-centred, and direct. I bring therapeutic depth alongside a willingness to name what I'm noticing, gently but honestly. Sessions are a place to slow down, get underneath the surface, and build the kind of clarity and confidence that holds up in real life.

Clients often come feeling caught between different expectations, cultures or parts of themselves. Outwardly they may be coping but inwardly feel unsettled, disconnected or unsure where they belong. This can follow life changes such as grief, migration, relationship endings or transitions that shift identity. I also work with grief and loss which may arise from bereavement, relationship endings, migration or the loss of a future that was hoped for. Grief can feel intense and overwhelming or it may appear more subtly. I offer a calm space to slow down, reflect and begin making sense of what feels difficult to name.

If you feel exhausted by constant anxiety and catastrophizing… If sadness, emptiness, or emotional numbness feels like your default state… If you struggle with low self-worth, shame, and a harsh inner critic… If your mind overthinks, ruminates, and won’t slow down… If trusting others feels unsafe and relationships evoke a fear of rejection, abandonment, or reliving past harm… If unresolved trauma from abuse keeps your body and mind stuck in survival mode… You are not broken—and you are not alone. As your therapist, I will support you in reconnecting with yourself and rebuilding trust in your inner voice.

You might be feeling lost, overwhelmed or weighed down by something you can't quite name - or perhaps you're carrying pain you've known for a long time. I offer support to those who are suffering and want to explore what that suffering means, how it has shaped their lives, and how they can begin to support themselves through it. This process can involve developing a true sense of self-care and creating space for your authentic self to emerge and shine. You may be seeking to better understand yourself, develop self-awareness and begin a healing journey that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
