Starting therapy can feel really overwhelming, and if you have never been before you may be worried about what will happen. I am here to listen and offer you a safe space to explore your life and your feelings. I work in a person-centred way but also pull from other theories and methods and like to feel like we are working alongside each other to make any changes you want to see in your life. In our first session I will introduce myself and we can have a look at what has brought you to therapy and if working together seems like a good fit.
I offer a non-judgmental approach, and all sessions are confidential so that you can feel safe. I offer counselling sessions to individuals, both online and over the telephone I can work long or short term, dependant on your needs.
Please contact me via email or following the link on my website/by phone with any questions you may have or to arrange an initial session.
