I meet with clients at the same time each week, during which time we explore what's being experienced and try to make sense of it together. The work sometimes involves exploring family upbringing and past relationships but may also be more focused on the here and now.
I help both couples and individuals deepen their understanding and make changes in their lives and relationships.
