Do you ever feel overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions? It can sometimes feel as though things spiral before we even realise what's happening. You don't have to navigate this alone. Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, but I aim to make that first step as easy and gentle as possible, and I will always respond to enquiries quickly.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and curious. I can help you understand your own unique world, become more attuned to your internal dialogue, and move towards more secure and meaningful connections in your life. Therapy becomes a place of safety, hope, understanding, and real change.
Therapy with me offers a safe and consistent space where we can explore your world together. I work in an integrative way, focusing on how your past experiences and relationships may be shaping how you feel about yourself and others today (attachment patterns), and also drawing on CBT, inner-child work, and person-centred counselling, as required.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to coping alone. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear starting point. You will be met with warmth and compassion. You're welcome to contact me whenever you feel ready, and we can begin gently from there.
