I'm an experienced clinical psychologist and cognitive analytic therapy (CAT) practitioner, having worked extensively in the NHS and within universities, contributing to the training of other psychologists. I have specialist experience in and passion for working with women to navigate being a woman through the lifespan, having worked for several years within women’s health psychology settings. This includes difficulties related to relationships, making fertility choices, pregnancy and birth experiences, the beginning, middle and end of our reproductive years, intimacy, loss, and maintaining a positive sense of self.
I am passionate about psychological health and therefore understanding your experiences so we can think together about what you need. I offer a compassionate, safe, supportive space do this. However, I understand how difficult it can be to make contact and begin therapy. I am happy to offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation to answer any questions.
I pride myself on my ethics and professionalism and will always discuss with you at the outset whether I think I am best placed to work with you. Please get in touch if there is anything it would be helpful to discuss further.
