I am a Person-centred counsellor and an EMDR therapist, my counselling service can help you if you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, sad, lost, unmotivated or stressed or you’re grieving or you’ve been through traumatic life events or experiences. We all need help sometimes to process things and figure things out, difficult emotions and challenging life experiences can be worked through if you have someone who is there for you to talk to who you feel safe with and who you can trust. Counselling can be a useful outlet to facilitate you in finding better ways to cope with and manage difficult feelings and challenging life experiences.
Accredited person-centred counsellor, Gestalt and EMDR therapist. 17 years experience. I work with adults, children, young people & couples, I offer clients an empathic, confidential, non-judgemental, safe space where they can work at their own pace. I have a particular experience of working with clients who are bereaved through sudden & traumatic loss.
