Hi I have been working with clients for over 12 years, offering confidential counselling sessions (face to face/on-line) for a range of issues. I aim to provide a ‘safe space’ to talk about life challenges and goals. I believe very much in the importance of offering warmth and understanding and place a great deal of emphasis on developing a trusting therapeutic relationship with all my clients. If you need to explore new perspectives, options or coping strategies then please contact me to discuss your needs. I am here to help when life gets tough. I can also offer clinical supervision to qualified/trainee counsellors.
