Hello, I'm Suzanna. I’m a therapist for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults — and I’m neurodivergent myself. You don’t have to over-explain or justify your brain to me, because I get it. Neurodivergence often comes with anxiety, burnout, masking, or feeling overwhelmed. It can show up as frustration, shame, or a sense of being stuck or “not enough.”
Maybe you are a just diagnosed young adult, trying to understand how you can better support yourself in study, work or social environments.
Or perhaps you are one of the “late-diagnosed” - now realising why some areas of life have felt so hard and looking to learn more and make changes.
I offer adapted therapy that fits around you. Neurodivergent -aware counselling is sensory-aware, affirming, trauma-informed. It’s a space for you to be you, unfiltered, with someone who understands many of the challenges of having a different brain and how to help you manage and overcome them. I have specialist training in autism, ADHD, trauma and anxiety.
I have been working mainly with neurodivergent clients - or those who suspect they may be - for over 6 years (experience prior includes the NHS and a trauma agency).
