Welcome to Sutton Psychology Practice. I am a HCPC-registered Forensic Psychologist with over 10 years of experience helping people navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges. I specialise in providing compassionate psychological assessment, formulation, and treatment tailored to each person’s unique needs.
My main focus is helping people break free from self-harming behaviors and overcome suicidal thoughts and actions. Together, we work toward building a life that feels meaningful and worth living. I also support people in managing and overcoming anxiety & panic, depression & low mood, trauma symptoms, including nightmares & flashbacks, and fear & uncertainty.
