Sutton Therapy Group, also supporting Carshalton, Croydon, Mitcham, Epsom, Reigate & Banstead, has for many years helped clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, identity and relationship issues, difficult family patterns, grief, childhood trauma, pregnancy loss and difficult birth amongst other things, providing support and insight. Diversity is welcomed.
The group contains up to 7 people. At least two or three individual sessions are offered without any commitment to the group, to explore how the group might help.
I am an experienced Group Analyst & Psychotherapist. Individual clients are seen in Epsom, weekly or twice-weekly.
The group is a place where members often discover that they are not as alone with their issues as they had felt, where both support and new points of view can be found and also given. It is a place where the conversation can be slowed down in order to explore things like sticking points, triggers, and new discoveries, which pass by unseen at the pace of life
