As well as working with Adults and Children offering Supportive, Professional Counselling, I am one of the few Certified Mother Daughter therapists offering individual or joint sessions for Mothers and Daughters worldwide. I provide a safe place to talk about difficult problems and worries. I work with many presenting issues, such as generalised anxiety disorder, low self esteem, anger management, bereavement, loneliness, trauma, depression, low self confidence, relationship issues and abuse. friendship issues, bullying, ADHD, autistic traits, low self esteem, depression and separation anxiety
I offer a warm, empathic confidential space so whatever your concerns, I believe talking things through can make a real difference . I believe together we can look at ways of approaching what might initially seem overwhelming and find a pathway through. With children I use creative techniques such as sand play, drawings and symbols.
I have many years experience working with children, and currently work in a primary school setting as well as working for a Therapeutic counselling practice working with adults and teenagers. I have worked extensively with Adult cancer patients and carers at the Royal Surrey Hospital for the last few years. I also run a busy private practice in Dorking.
