I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist specialising in supporting children, young people, their families, and the networks around them. I strive to create a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where I can provide support for a range of emotional, psychological, social, and behavioural difficulties. This includes help with anxiety (such as social anxiety, health anxiety, panic, and school-related anxiety), low mood, emotion regulation (stress, anger, and frustration), friendship and relationship challenges, significant life events (like loss or separation), and adaptations for neurodiversity.
I am trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural, Compassion-Focused, Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Systemic Therapy, as well as several attachment-based parenting interventions. My approach is trauma-informed, and I adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each family.
My integrative approach means I draw on ideas from different models to meet individual needs. In our sessions, you can expect to feel heard and supported as we work together to make sense of current difficulties and develop a ‘toolbox’ of strategies to help you and your family feel better and make meaningful, sustainable changes.
