My 20 years experience as an accredited counsellor adds a depth to my coaching that ensures that clients know that they are in a safe pair of hands. Clients from all walks of life work with me. Senior executives, both men and women. Lawyers and those in Human Resources. Business owners. Individuals seeking to improve and understand their thoughts and actions, who want to live in a more purposeful way. Those who feel out of kilter with their true selves and do not understand their core values. Life can be complex and having as safe space to make goals and find a new way forward can be life changing.
I offer packages of coaching.The sessions are up to 90 minutes long. I find that most clients will gain all they need working this way. I work as a therapeutic coach which means we can go deep it we need to and still move forwards.Counselling is more open ended, the sessions are 50 minutes long and have a different energy, the work focuses more on the past.
If you are struggling, feeling dissatisfied with life and generally 'out of kilter' then therapeutic coaching will provide you with the space to understand and make changes.
