There is no right or wrong personal issue to bring to therapy, it is not always clear why we feel the way we do, or why we keep repeating patterns of relating to others that leave us frustrated, or lonely or confused. Each experience of therapy will be unique, it is an opportunity to explore how and why we may feel the way we do in a supportive space. I support adult individuals with a range of concerns and struggles, some of the concerns I have been consulted on include difficulties in connecting and relating to others, experiences of loss, parenting, anxiety, isolation, feeling different, identity and depression.

I offer a confidential and thoughtful space to explore your feelings and your experiences. We work together to find meaning and to understand how you relate to yourself and others.
