Are you constantly going over the same dilemmas in your head? Either present day issues or difficulties arising from your past which are causing distress or leaving you feeling like you are not sure what to do next. Perhaps you are Neurodivergent and would like to explore how that impacts your life and find more affirmative experiences? I am a BACP registered and experienced therapist, delighted to offer neurodivergent-affirming one-to-one therapy to adults across the UK. Together we can reflect on what is troubling you, find a way for you to be more at ease and move towards change.
I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice, informed by both my academic background and personal journey. I hold a Master's degree in Psychotherapeutic Practice, and researched ADHD in therapy for the dissertation component. I have extensive experience in various settings and a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients( ADHD, autistic etc).
