Whatever it is that brings you to therapy, I will sit with you in a safe space, listen to you and together we will get to know your inner world, however messy, complex and conflicted it may seem to begin with. As a result as eg. childhood trauma, toxic family dynamics, discrimination or the experience of being neurodivergent (self or externally diagnosed) in a neurotypical world you might feel not good enough or even ashamed. The world might feel like it is too much or you might not feel much at all. Together we will work to re-built a way to relearn to relate with yourself based on agency, authenticity and wholeness.
I have several years experience working neurodivergent and neurotypical clients with different genders, ages, sexual orientations and cultures with varied presentations and depth of issues. I have undertaken additional training that has allowed me to work with clients who have experienced ongoing childhood trauma.
I am here to offer you a space to start a journey of self-exploration and ultimately, healing. I offer therapy that is undertaken at a pace that suits you, the duration and depth that feel comfortable and manageable to you. I will follow you where you need to go, with safety, congruence and most of all deep respect for you as the person that you have become.
