If you have arrived here, you’ve taken the first step to get yourself where you would like to be. I am a fully qualified counsellor working with young people (aged 11 to 18) and adults. I am passionate about providing a safe and non-judgmental space where people, regardless of age, sex, gender or background, can feel seen, heard and understood. I offer a warm, empathic and confidential environment for face to face, phone and online appointments. In our sessions you will have the opportunity to reflect and process what is going on for you and how this is affecting you. Remember your experience will be unique to you.
As an Integrative counsellor l adapt my style to suit and support your needs. Whether its to: relieve anxiety, find strategies to cope with past or present trauma, dealing with a breakup, grief, divorce or bereavement, address body image, gender identity, self-harm, exam stress, anger and isolation issues, cope with BPD, ASD, ADHD, depression and more.
Counselling can help you feel valued and connected to yourself and the world around you. I can help guide you through a difficult time and unlock unhelpful thinking or patterns.
