Therapy is personal journey, unique to you and directed by what you want to achieve; I trained in Relational Transactional Analysis and use this modality to support my clients' growth in self awareness and understanding of the unconscious patterns that have been driving their behaviour. Many clients can't fully articulate what they want from therapy, only that they want things to be different, this is normal, and part of the process of therapy is working with you to discover what you want. On the way we aim to discover what blocks you from achieving your goals and support you in finding new paths to reach your goal.
I work with a broad spectrum of issues; I specialise in those related to maternal and paternal mental health and the changes that pregnancy and parenthood brings, fertility issues, birth trauma, post natal depression. I work with loss, eg. bereavement, anxiety and life-limiting illness or conditions and I really enjoy working with couples and with groups.
