I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, working in private practice in Queen's Park and Wimpole Street, Marylebone. I also see clients in a quiet, private setting in Dollis Hill, London.
I offer a confidential, empathetic and non-judgemental space in which we together explore ways to help you understand yourself better, enhance your wellbeing, and cope with difficult experiences or life events. I am trained in a number of therapeutic modalities and draw on these to tailor sessions to meet you according to your needs.
I have undertaken four years of training in integrative counselling and psychotherapy at the Minster Centre in London and have a postgraduate diploma in integrative counselling. I also hold a PhD in Epidemiology. I have two decades experience in the health and wellbeing industries and have a special interest in whole-person health and wellbeing.
I see clients in person, or on zoom when required. I also offer outdoor sessions in the calm of Gladstone Park or Hampstead Heath. Our first session is an opportunity for you to get a feel for how it would be to work with me. If you then decide you'd like to try working with me, we would agree a suitable time for ongoing sessions.
