Hello, my name is Susanna and I believe that happiness is each person's birth right and that everybody can break free from their past, no matter how traumatic. I work as a Person Centred therapist with an Integrative approach that is Trauma-Informed. Using a blend of approaches, my aim is to support you in navigating your way out of the darkness. Through a process of self understanding and acceptance, you can access your own inner wisdom that can help you move into a life free from the limitations of your past.
I specialise in Trauma and attachment wounds and my main area of expertise is supporting adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I provide individual Counselling and Therapy to adults and young people via telephone, online video platforms as well as home visits. I also offer a blended approach for those that prefer a mixture of online and face-face work.
